What RuneRock collects, why it is used, and how it is retained.
Data we use
RuneRock stores your email, password hash, verification and MFA metadata, sessions, optional verified RuneScape name, plaza orders, meet tickets, loans, reviews, disputes, and limited IP / user-agent data for security and rate limiting.
Why we use it
We use this to authenticate accounts, match counterparties, compute public trust scores, prevent abuse, and answer support requests. Passwords, session tokens, recovery codes, and TOTP secrets are not stored in plain text.
Public plaza data
Verified RSN, trust line, open borrowed/lent items, and reviews are public. That transparency is the product.
Processors
Cloudflare hosts the application and data. Jagex HiScores are used to verify RSN ownership. We do not sell personal data.
