Custody
The order book holds GP and items. The noticeboard does not.
The Exchange order book is a paper book for items and GP you deposit with RuneRock. Fills move those balances. You can withdraw in-kind.
Order book
A bid locks GP. An offer locks items. Crossing the book transfers those balances. There is no Grand Exchange trade to mirror. These items are not GE-tradeable.
Noticeboard
WTB and WTS listings are in-game meets. Dual confirm is a record, not escrow. RuneRock does not hold those items or that GP.
Loans
Lending is still an in-game meet when that desk is open. It is not vault custody.
Historical Real GP book
An older Real GP securities desk is no longer offered. Historical ledger rows remain for operator recovery only.
